Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The family room was ideal for us, with a beautiful and spotlessly clean main room for us and a smaller partitioned room for the kids, including a bunk bed. The service was top-notch, with the host going the extra mile to prepare breakfast early. The location was excellent, perfectly situated in the city center for easy access to everything we wanted to do in Stirling. The dining experience in the center of Stirling was lovely, and the facilities were great. Definitely a place I would come back to.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploration with excellent views over the Wallace memorial. The rooms were warm, cozy, clean, and comfortable for our 2-night stay, despite no ensuite facilities but spotless shared bathroom and shower options. The service was welcoming and made us feel at home, especially given our vulnerability during travel. The dining experience was what you expect - traditional and perfectly cooked with both normal and vegan options available. The location was ideal for city exploration and within walking distance of key attractions and restaurants.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The stunning view across to the Wallace Monument was breathtaking, but the room size for a double was exceptionally small, making it more suitable for a single occupancy. The shared bathroom and shower facilities were spotless, although having no ensuite was a downside. The recent remodel gave the room a lovely touch, and the en-suite shower was very good.
